Vinyasa Flow

Become stronger, more flexible and balanced (BODY), linking steady and rhythmic inhales and exhales (BREATH), with being present in the moment (MIND).

Designed to create heat in the body, this moving meditation starts with integration and salutations. From there, we flow into standing sequences, arm balances/inversions, back strengthening/chest opening, abs strengthening and hip openers. We close this practice with cool down and meditation.

Dance, flow and glide, weightlessly through this practice into complete relaxation.

Restorative Yoga

Rest, relax and renew (BODY). Bring ease to your inhales and exhales (BREATH). Slow the mental activity of your brain (MIND).

Designed to restore the nervous system and to help release tension from your body and mind, this gentle, slow, still style of yoga involves the use of props (blankets, bolsters and pillows) in long, passive holds.

Slow down, open your body and your mind with this deeply calming and relaxing practice.
