I teach classes that allow you to find your own power. If you want to push yourself, push yourself. If you need space, give yourself space.
I encourage you to be your unique self. To be right where you need to be. Be and do whatever feels right for you in in any given moment.
If you wish to modify up or down, its your choice. And I’m always here to help if you need me.
Brigitt Rains West
My yoga journey began 11 years ago when recovering from a snowboarding injury. I started attending an 8:00am yoga class and the power of the OM kept me going back for more.
For many years, I dreamed of taking my yoga practice to the next level with a certified teacher program. Time was always a factor.
In 2020, lots of at home time provided the perfect opportunity to get healthier in mind, body and spirit. In April 2021, I completed my 200 hour yoga and mindfulness certification and I have been teaching ever since.
When I’m not teaching yoga, I am Head of Project Management and Qualitative Recruiting at Blink UX, a local user experience research and design firm, I host a weekly podcast (Lower the Bar) and I enjoy snowboarding at our local ski hill in Snoqualmie Pass.
